Ok so here goes........all help appreciated.
    1. I have a Epson RX580 printer installed on my main desktop computer, I have my daughters desktop which is also wireless networked with this printer and it prints with no problems.
    2. I have a Gateway laptop that for the life of me I can not get to network with this printer. I have installed the software and drivers and "think" I have all my settings correct on my laptop, but for some reason it wont print.
    3. Both my desktop and my daughters desktop are running XP and my Laptop is Vista....this is the only difference.
Is there a setting I could be over looking in Vista that is not allowing me to print from my laptop?
I am not great with networking.............at all, but do have common sense.
Could someone please walk me through this set-up to see if I can work this out.
    As always...............Thanks in advance.
    G.

The easiest way to install a shared printer is to go to

start > run > \\nameofhostcomputer when the windows opens just double click the printer. If the host computer doesn't have the correct drivers for your OS just pop in the disc.
