hi. i recently took care of a really irritating spyware threat that involved me losing control of certain aspects of my computer. the spyware is gone but i am still unable to access those particular areas. this includes my entire control panel and registry editing...
command promt is the only program that i can think of that may be able to change the permissions.

can you please help with command prompt or recommend a program that can reset those permissions

    thanks
