My home page has been taken over by "http://searchpage.cc/1525/."
I ran Spybot and got rid of everything and here is my HiJack report.
Please, any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank-you!

    Hi jusgotstunt, Welcome to TSG.

    It's Cool Web Search.

    Go here and download CWShredder:

    http://www.spywareinfo.com/~merijn/downloads.html

After downloading, open the application and click Fix (not scan) and let it do it's thing.

Then post a current log and we'll see what's leftover to clean up, okay?

    :)

    Hello there buckaroo.
(I think it's great that there people in this world, like you, with the ability, and concern, to help people like me!)
O.k. with that said lets get down to business.
I did all my Norton 2003 system checks & updates.
Ran Spybot and got rid of the two items it always finds.
Ran CW Shredder that found 19 items & fixed that.
Then ran the HiJack & here is the report:

Why thanks so much for that. :) That's really appreciated. I'd like to say that's why they pay us the BIG BUCKS, but no one here gets paid. :D

Okay, looks like we're getting somewhere. Now with HJT open, close your browser and check the following entries in HJT, click Fix and then REBOOT.

    Boot to safe mode.

How to start your computer in safe mode

Look for and delete these files in safe mode:

    The C:\Windows\System32\mtwirl.dll file
    The C:\Windows\System32\mtwcnl32.dll file

Also while still in safe mode, run Hijack This again and put a check by these. Close all windows except HijackThis and click "Fix checked"

    Thats GREAT!!!!
    thanks, ALOT!!!
I have one last issue, if I may?

My friend (who is on the same network) had the same problem and his seems to mysteriously have repaired itself once my computer was rid of the menace.
Here's a HiJack Report of his computer, and I recognize some bad ones.

    2nd computer:
