Hi and welcome toTSG,

Download the LSP Fix:

http://cexx.org/lspfix.htm

Launch the application, and click the "I know what I'm doing" checkbox.

Check all instances of aklsp.dll (and nothing else), and move them to the "Remove" pane.
Then click Finish.

Now start your computer in Safe Mode and delete:

The C:\windows\system32\aklsp.dll - file

Click here: http://www.atribune.org/downloads/l2mfix.exe to download L2mfix.

Save the file to your desktop and double click l2mfix.exe. Read and Accept the agreement. Click the Install button to extract the files and follow the prompts, then open the newly added l2mfix folder on your desktop. Double click l2mfix.bat and select option #1 for Run Find Log by typing 1 and then pressing enter. This will scan your computer and it may appear nothing is happening, then, after a minute or 2, notepad will open with a log. Copy the contents of that log and paste it into this thread.

IMPORTANT: Do NOT run option #2 OR any other files in the l2mfix folder until you are asked to do so!

Close any programs you have open since this step requires a reboot.

From the l2mfix folder on your desktop, double click l2mfix.bat and select option #2 for Run Fix by typing 2 and then pressing enter, then press any key to reboot your computer. After a reboot, your desktop and icons will appear, then disappear (this is normal). L2mfix will continue to scan your computer and when it's finished, notepad will open with a log. Copy the contents of that log and paste it back into this thread, along with a new hijackthis log.

IMPORTANT: Do NOT run any other files in the l2mfix folder until you are asked to do so!

Go to Control Panel - Add/Remove programs and remove and of these that you find there:

180 Solutions or 180 Search Assistant
CashBack
BargainBuddy
NaviSearch
VBouncer (Virtual Bouncer)

Click Start > Run > and type in:

services.msc

Click OK.

In the services window find ISEXEng.

Right click and choose "Properties". On the "General" tab under "Service Status" click the "Stop" button to stop the service. Beside "Startup Type" in the dropdown menu select "Disabled". Click Apply then OK. Exit the Services utility.

Copy the contents of the quote box to notepad. Go to File > Save As and name it Fix.reg (save as type: 'all files') and save it to your desktop.
Windows Registry Editor Version 5.00

[-HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\ControlSet001\Enum\Root\LEGACY_ISEXENG]

[-HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\ControlSet001\Services\ISEXEng]

[-HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\ControlSet003\Enum\Root\LEGACY_ISEXENG]

[-HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\ControlSet003\Services\ISEXEng]

[-HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Enum\Root\LEGACY_ISEXENG]

[-HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Services\ISEXEng]

Go ahead and set your computer to show hidden files like so:

Because XP will not always show you hidden files and folders by default, Go to Start > Search and under "More advanced search options".
Make sure there is a check by "Search System Folders" and "Search hidden files and folders" and "Search system subfolders"

Next click on My Computer. Go to Tools > Folder Options. Click on the View tab and make sure that "Show hidden files and folders" is checked. Also uncheck "Hide protected operating system files" and "Hide extensions for known file types" . Now click "Apply to all folders"
Click "Apply" then "OK"

Restart to safe mode.

How to restart to safe mode:
http://service1.symantec.com/SUPPOR...2001052409420406?OpenDocument&src=sec_doc_nam

Perform the following steps in safe mode:

Double click on the Fix.reg file you saved to enter it into the registry. Answer yes when asked to have its contents added to the registry.

Rescan with Hijack This, close all browser windows except Hijack This, put a check mark beside these entries and click “fix checked”.

Then reboot into normal mode and post another Hijack This log.

the specified file is not a registry script

you can only import registry files from within the registry editor."

i wasnt quite sure what u meant when u said "...and save it to your desktop.

Sorry for the sloppy instructions. The regedit should have read as in the following quote box:

Windows Registry Editor Version 5.00

[-HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\ControlSet001\Enum\Root\LEGACY_ISEXENG]

[-HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\ControlSet001\Services\ISEXEng]

[-HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\ControlSet003\Enum\Root\LEGACY_ISEXENG]

[-HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\ControlSet003\Services\ISEXEng]

[-HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Enum\Root\LEGACY_ISEXENG]

[-HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Services\ISEXEng]
Save that text in Notepad to your desktop.

Double click on the Fix.reg file you saved to enter it into the registry. Answer yes when asked to have its contents added to the registry.

Post another Hijack This log please.
