This is my HiJack this log. I have run ad-aware and spybot s&d and also Spycleaner gold. Spycleaner seems to be the only only one that comes close to getting rid of istsvc but it comes back on start up. I've never used HiJack this but I figured I'd give it a try. I am infected with much spyware it seems. Any help with this is appreciated. Thanks in advance.

    DL and run, Istsvc http://securityresponse.symantec.com/avcenter/FxIstbar.exe

    From Symantec
    Note:
    · The date and time displayed will be adjusted to your time zone, if your computer is not set to the Pacific time zone.
    · The removal tool may terminate Internet Explorer and Windows Explorer. It is recommended that users save their work and log out of these programs before running the removal tool.
    · The removal tool will reset the Internet start page to a blank page. The start page can be modified by clicking on Tools > Internet Options in Internet Explorer.
    · The removal tool will not delete some harmless Temporary Internet files, which Adware.Istbar created, in C:\Documents and Setings\Administrator\Local Settings\Temporary Internet Files.
These can be manually deleted using the following steps:
    a. Start Internet Explorer.
    b. Click Tools > Internet Options.
    c. In the Temporary Internet Files section, then click the Delete Files button.
    d. Check Delete all offline content, and then click OK.
Print this and boot to safe mode
    Fix these with HJT

Make sure that "Show hidden files and folders" is checked.
Also uncheck "Hide protected operating system files".
Now click "Apply to all folders", Click "Apply" then "OK"

    Delete these files
    C:\WINDOWS\dskghb.exe
    C:\WINDOWS\lbbho.dll

    Delete these folders

    START – RUN – key in %temp% - Edit – Select all – File – Delete

Make sure that the above clears the OWNER temp files

    Empty the recycle bin
Boot and post a new log - DO NOT FIX anything in the new log

Heres the new log file. Things seem a lot better. No sign of ISTsvc yet. I have downloader-ps still though. I think I can deal with that one but let me know if there's something else in my log I should deal with. Thanks for all your help.

    Reboot to safe mode.
Open Windows Explorer. Go to Tools, Folder Options and click on the View tab. Make sure that "Show hidden files and folders" is checked. Also uncheck "Hide protected operating system files". Now click "Apply to all folders" Click "Apply" then "OK".

Now navigate to the file and delete it.
    C:\Documents and Settings\Owner\Start Menu\Programs\Startup\winupdate89498543[1].exe

    Check every C:\Documents and Settings\profile\Start Menu\Programs\Startup\
Example: Owner, Administrator, all users, etc. If you find it there delete it.

ALSO empty every profile's local setting\temp folder, you can leave the folders for temporary internet files, history and cookies but empty the folders.

Empty your c:\temp folder and c:\windows\temp folder

    Empty the recycle bin.

    Reboot and post another log.
