Please copy and print out these instructions.

Please download the following free malware detection/removal apps:

    SpybotSD
    http://safer-networking.org/en/mirrors/index.html

    Install SpybotSD
Cancel out of the intro guide
In the main program, click the "Search for Updates" button
    Download all updates
Go to: Immunize (left pane). Click the Immunize button at the top
    and checkmark "enable permanent blocking..."
Do not run the scan just yet, so close SpybotSD for now.

    AdawareSE
    http://www.lavasoft.de/software/adaware/

    Install Adaware
Open it and click "Check for updates now" (just above the Start button)
    Install all updates
    Close Adaware for now

There's no malware in your latest log.

You can fix these entries though:

    O3 - Toolbar: (no name) - {4982D40A-C53B-4615-B15B-B5B5E98D167C} - (no file)

    O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [TkBellExe] "C:\Program Files\Common Files\Real\Update_OB\realsched.exe" -osboot

    O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [QuickTime Task] "C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM\QTTASK.EXE" -atboottime

    O16 - DPF: {41F17733-B041-4099-A042-B518BB6A408C} - http://a1540.g.akamai.net/7/1540/52...pple.com/bonnie/us/win/QuickTimeInstaller.exe

O16 - DPF: World Class Solitaire by pogo - http://klondike.pogo.com/applet-5.9.4.22/worldclass/worldclass-ob-assets.cab

    Apart from that...
your log is a couple of days old now, so please reboot and post a fresh log.

Also, you've got both Norton and McAfee AntiVirus software installed and running at the same time. It's not recommended to have two AV's working in real-time, and this alone could be a major contributing factor to the pc running slowly.

Disable or uninstall one of them.
