You are running HijackThis.exe from inside a zip file in a temp folder..
This is not recommended.

Please create a permanent folder somewhere for HijackThis, eg.
C:\Program Files\HijackThis

Then re-download HijackThis.exe and save it to that folder.

Open HJT

Close all browser/email/explorer windows

Click "Open the misc tools section" button
(or from Scan screen, click "Config", then "Misc Tools")
Click "Open Process manager"
Hi-lite "C:\WINDOWS\system32\P2P Networking\P2P Networking.exe"
Click "Kill process"

Click the "Back" button (the one in the middle next to Kill Process, Refresh, Run)
Click the "Main" button (top left)
Change "Default Search Page" to: http://www.yahoo.com
(or keep the default microsoft one instead, if you wish)

Click the "Back" button (bottom right corner)

Run the Scan

Place a checkmark next to the following entries only
and click "Fix checked"

R1 - HKCU\Software\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Main,Search Bar = http://www.vsykbajpzztwdlxj.net/BzLd/D_WuesUuJoZpQ96G/CbdeJNTMB7heWTkg0nLi4_u_7JZLK9vEyp22pJWaY4.html
