    If i connect to my router using etrhernet cable i can see my network name and hex Tech Support Guy System Info Utility version 1.0.0.1

    If i remove cable i see Networks available but my network name is not there just hex Tech Support Guy System Info Utility version 1.0.0.1

    If i connect to my router using etrhernet cable i can see my network name and hex 08FX04082056 and connect to it automaticly.
    If i remove cable i see Networks available but my network name is not there just hex 08FX04082056 for it.
    When I click on the hex 08FX040802056 and then click word connect it says connecting to hex 08FX040802056 then asks for security key.
    I have no security key.
    I run Win 7 and my wife runs XP and she has no problem connecting wireless.
    Security on my network is no authentificatioon (open).
    Any help greatly appreciated.
