XP Home, SP2.
I'm trying to get Windows "Movie Maker" software but can't seem to do it!
It isn't listed on my Control Panel>Add/Remove Programs>Windows Setup>Accessories (or anywhere else in that menu), so I can't install it that way. I went to the Microsoft site to download it but there's no way to actually do that, even though the page is titled "Movie Maker DOWNLOAD." It says to get it by going to Automatic Updates.
http://www.microsoft.com/windowsxp/downloads/updates/moviemaker2.mspx
So I went to Updates, did the custom scan, then opened the list of available software but it's not on that list either.
It said if you can't download, you can get it on CD - but they mean you can get SP2 on CD, which I already have. Frustrating!
What should I try next?
