Solved: How can I resize quicklaunch icons?

While I'm at it, I might as well ask also if there is a way to change the size of the screen icons/shortcuts without changing the resolution.

I dont know about quicklaunch but desktop icons can be changed by clicking on desktop and then while holding control scroll middle mouse up or down to increase or decrease icons.

You can select one larger size. Unlock the taskbar and right click the shortcut space.
Select View and you can, from there, choose large icons. They are monsters!
