How can I stop Adobe Dreamweaver CS3 from creating the "_notes" folder in local directories that I'm working in?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

go to site->manage sites in the menu bar.

Then select the site ancd click edit.

Then make sure you have the advanced tab selected at the top, and in the left menu click the link to design notes. Then simply untick the "Maintain design notes" box.

    click OK

    Voila, job done!

Thanks for that! I'd done that, but it was still generating the folder. That may be because the folder was generated prior to me changing that setting, though.

I'll respond if there's any problem.

Unfortunately, this hasn't worked. I am still seeing the "_notes" folder being created in the directories.

Is there any way to stop this from happening?
