    For Cookies:

In Control Panel , double-click Internet Options.
On the General tab, click on Delete Cookies under Temporary Internet Files, and then click OK.

Also, make sure to delete the buildup of temp files inside of:

    C:\TEMP\

    C:\WINDOWS\TEMP\

    C:\DOCUMENTS AND SETTINGS\(USERNAME)\LOCAL SETTINGS\TEMP\

(Note: Not all computers have a C:\TEMP folder)

(Note: Replace "USERNAME" with the actual name in your computer)
