Hello. How do I backup my individual emails and/or email folders? I'm using Vista. There are two programs on this computer: "Windows Email" and "Windows Live Email". The one I am using is "Windows Email". I have created folders on an external hard drive to receive the copies of emails, but the basic email information for the copied email is not the same as the original. So if I copy over the contents of a whole folder of emails, one cannot figure out how the copied email relates to the original email. I would like to be able to retain ALL the information about any email. Also, where do I find the Windows Mail folder containing all my emails, and what is the file extension for the emails?

I have an external drive that automatically backs up my files, but it does NOT back up my email messages. Any chance there is a way to make this happen?

    Many thanks.
