If I have a website running with a template from the host's sitebuilder, but I now want to replace it with my own template that I've been working on, how will that work? How are the old files replaced by the new ones? And where? Where do I upload them to? (I have CuteFTP to do this, but don't know how this will actually work.)
    Thx so much!!

first you will need your sites fpt log in details if you don't have them you will need to contact your host and ask them for it. use those details to log into the site. you should be looking for a foldwe called "www" or it could be called "root" depending on you host. (a simple check inside sould be all the files currently being shown on your website)..
make a copy of the current contence of the file (just in case anything goes wrong) then replace the contence of the file with your new web files.

after all of that test your site to make sure it has worked.
