Hello! I am a student. Since the bandwidth is limited, so my speeds are slow. Now I want set a proxy in Windows 7. But I don't know how to set.

Who could tell me?

I have no idea how a proxy server would improve your Internet connection speed. If your service is being throttled by your provider, then you have to abide by their rules. This site doesn't assist people in bypassing restrictions placed by providers.

Now I live in developing country, I can not visit facebook, and youtube. But the proxy can help me.
