When does it pop up? When you open a specific program?

I think its linked to my aim, but i have uninstalled and reinstalled aim and it didn't help. I have to use aim all day to communicate with coworkers. I use aim 7.2.6.1

Does it pop up when you launch AIM or are on AIM?

Or does it come up when you open Internet Explorer?

Go to Start, Control Panel and then click Internet Options.
In the Internet Options dialog box, click the Advanced tab.
Click to select the Disable script debugging (Internet Explorer) and Disable script debugging (Other) check boxes, and then click to clear the Display a notification about every script error check box.

Click OK to close the Internet Options dialog box.
