    Hi,

    I know I'm doing something wrong as I can't access ..well...anything.
I initially got this error with a standard html index page so then I installed joomla and still nothing.

    http://www.propertycompass.info/

I can access the control panel and setup but whenever I try to go to my page I get this error:

    Forbidden
You don't have permission to access / on this server.

Additionally, a 403 Forbidden error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

    What am I doing wrong?

    Thanks.

    Hi,

I got it sorted. Appparently my .htaccess files and my .shtml files were set to the wrong permissions.

I'm not to sure why this happened as it was a default ...well ...everything.

    Thanks...I'll mark this solved:)
