    Alright,

    You are trapped
    With windows xp
    on a limited account
    BIOS is password protected
    Hidden admin is password protected
Your antivirus is working against you
You have no access to money(really money, not virtual :p)
and all you got is a floppy and one CD-R

How do you gain back admin control?

Is this computer a desktop or a laptop?

What you are going to have to do here is contact the manufacturer of the computer to get the password for the BIOS disabled or shut-off. There is a switch block on the motherboard that you move the jumper to another set of pins for a short period of time to short out the CMOS or BIOS and then return the jumper to its original position and then reset CMOS to its default then boot up. They will be able to tell you exactly which jumper on your motherboard to do this with and then you can proceed from there with getting the rest of the problem solved.

    no hands-on work,completely virtual

What does this mean? Is this a computer at work you can not get your hands on right now?

And is Windows XP set up in a virtual environment?

It means that I can't open the case..the only thing i can do is insert usb,cd and turn on and off.
The rest has to be on the computer.

Not going to happen if the computers bios is locked and not set to boot from another media source before the hard drive. You would need to get into the bios to set the boot order to boot off of a floppy or cd. From there you can use a couple of utilities to reset the administrator password.

But I think we have gone far enough with this thread.
