What do you mean by 'the end is cut off'?

If you print preview and then cancel the window without printing, do the print area lines you then see on the spreadsheet include all the information you want to print?

I assume you've checked all the margin settings.

i mean that when i view it in print the information on the right end is there, within an inch of the edge of the paper, on landscape. but when you print it the right side of the page cuts off the right side of the information.

i have not checked the margin settings because it looked good in print preview, should i set the margin to be farther from the edge?

Have you tried printing it on 8-1/2 by 14 paper in landscape? It may be too wide for the 8-1/2 by 11.

i believe that the girls around here have printed the same documents from this site and they have come out fine, the only person who has trouble with them is her, and its all the documents from this site, our companies site.

If the information appears an inch in from the edge of the paper that will be within the printing area of the printing machine.

Are all the cells in the spreadsheet sized so that all the information you want is visible (ie the column isn't too narrow to show it all)?

Again...if you open the page, do Print Preview..but then close the print preview window without printing, you will see lines on the spreadsheet page showing the print area. Is all the information you want to print within these lines?

First of all, I'm not an Excel expert but I thought that would be worth a shot as I've had the problem myself.

So you're saying that they are all printing the exact same document with the exact same settings and hers is the only one that won't print properly.

You did say that you hadn't checked the margins so there could be a difference in those settings.

Has she ever been able to print this document properly before?

In a pinch, could she not transfer the document to someone else to print it out?

the line encompases everything there, it should be printing all of the information, yet half of the last cell gets cut off, it does it on multiple printers also so it is not the printer

Hmm..when the last cell gets cut...does the portion that is printed run to (say) within an inch of the edge of the paper or is the gap wider?

i have not checked the paper size, but the others printed on normal paper, so i thought the paper size would not matter
