    Hi all
Just a newcomer and not to computer savvy either.
Since yesterday when I restarted my PC I have been unable to get IE to run. It begins to start-up and then crashes and no matter what I have tried I cannot seem to get it to work.

I have deleted IE 11 and reinstalled (numerous times), have now installed IE 9 and the same happens. I get the message IE has stopped working and when I click on 'Check online for a solution and close the program' It closes the program. When I had IE 11 installed it just went around in circles and I needed to go the Task Manager to eventually get it to close.

When I view the details I get a message as follows for IE 9

    Problem signature:
    Problem Event Name: APPCRASH
    Application Name: iexplore.exe

I am running Windows Home Premium 64 bit and have run AVG and Malware bytes and found nothing.

    Firefox and Chrome run perfectly.

You might say - well then use them but I need to use IE for some work related reasons. I have tried looking on the Internet for a solution but nothing I have found so far has worked.

The TSG SysInfo result is below:

Thank you - you are magic. It worked as soon as I removed Ghostery.
Have now been able to reinstall IE 11 as well and it works.
Have had Ghostery installed a couple of months and no previous problems. But will not be reinstalling it.
    Thank you.
