OK I have looked and looked and come up with nothing.

I have a website that internally is on port 80, out side from the cloud is port 433.

Now with firefox and Chrome I can get to the site just fine, with IE8 and Opera no luck it ask for my User name and password. even reads the index.html <meta http-equiv="refresh" content="0;URL=/ReynoldsGB/"> and have tried the full URL and a no re-direction also. but all still come back with "Internet Explorer cannot display the webpage"

I have tried to access this website from XP and Vista

So why is it that Firefox can do it but IE can't

The website is Apache Tomcat 5.5(production) and have tried 6.0(upgrading to), it is running on Windows 2003 server.
