Is it always the same error?

Have you run chkdsk on your drives?

Are all air vents clear and dust-free? Are the fans all clean and turning?

Sounds odd, might it be, (I don't know how) but some how, connected to your screen saver, or energy saver?

"all is good for short period as long as I am working on it.Leave pc and return to blue screen"

But I don't know the answer, wait for other posts.

    Start > Run:

    chkdsk /r

Answer "Y" to the questions and reboot.

If the problem continues, try opening the side and using a small fan to blow air inside for cooling.
