Solved: Installing Google browser toolbar

    Want to get rid of "mywebsearch" browser toolbar, and get Google back. How do i attempt to do this?

    Try Add/Remove Programs to uninstall MyWEBSearch.

    Then manually got the the Google WEB page and reinstall the Google Bar.
    CAUTION: Highly suggest you DO NOT install Google Desktop, in the IT world this is considered a security risk, just not worth it.

    NOTE - MyWEBSearch is considered a SpyBot by many removal utilities

    Here's a stupid, but probably easy question for you....how do I actually install the Google browser toolbar fromt he webpage?

    Yes, that's an easy question to answer (but not a "stupid" one - I'm of the persuasion that "there's no such thing as a stupid question").

    Google provides easy-to-follow directions for downloading and installing the toolbar on the Google toolbar webpage.
