I am having trouble downloading a newspaper that I read each day. No problems until today when I received the message: "error loading settings: internal server error"

Couldn't find a reasonable way to correct this error.

I need more information. How are you downloading the newspaper? Is it some type of software I suspect that you need to download and install? Do you get this error message when you are trying to install it or download it? Internal server error indicates that you cannot reach the newspaper server in which case you will have to call the newspaper support or see if the newspaper has any info on how to download the paper. More info would help at this point.

Thank you. The problem was with the newspaper. I called them after your email and they had corrected a problem on their end
