Solved: Internet Explorer has performed illegal operation

    Unable to help my brother log on internet because each time error message: "Internet Explorer has performed an illegal operation":( occurs

    When I click on details, message states:

    Explorer caused an invalid page fault in
    module<unknown> at 0000:006c4a62

    Thank you for your prompt response(y)

    Hi, once again, I was able to solve the problem by trial and error by deleting some downloaded programs. To my knowledge a anti-virus program, eanthology w/stop sign, seem to be the culprit. I also installed another browser called Firefox. Thank You.
