I have Internet Explorer 6 on a windows 2000 machine and on a windows 98 machine. On the Windows98 machine, If I am in a website where a link is to open another "blank page" or window, it works just fine, but on the windows 2000 machine it won't do anything at all. (These same sites work just fine in Netscape, Opera and Mozilla on the windows 2000 machine).

    For a sample: go to:
    http://www.clevelandopera.org/tickets.html
click on the Tickets.com logo -- it should open a separate page
    (http://www.tickets.com/browse.cgi?pgid=2004717)
and leave the original cleveland opera page open. It works just fine on everything else, but IE on this machine.

    Any ideas?

    Thanks!
