Solved: Is it OK to Install XP on FAT32 ?

There is NO problem installing XP on Fat32. Although unless there is a real need to, it would be better to use NTFS. NTFS has many added features such as less fragmenting and secuirty as opposed to Fat32. That being said, Fat32 is equally supported by XP and you can always upgrade to NTFS later on, although I wouldn't recomend it.
