I have installed Windows Live mail and am just wondering if its possible to uninstall Windows Mail (that came pre-installed with Vista). I dont really have the need for 2 email programs - and cant find any way to remove it!

Thanks in advance

No, I do not think that you can, it is part of Windows Vista. Besides it does NOT take up much room and you just may want to use it some time.

There is no simple method of deinstalling Windows Vista Mail. You can, however, prevent it from running if your firewall has that capability.
