    Is there a way to allow certain users on an xp pc to access private folders of other accounts on another pc.

    If PC-2 is XP Pro User5, with NTFS file system and using Advanced File Sharing, can set file permissions any way he/she wishes. Not possible if PC-2 is XP Home.
