For some reason my Logitech wireless keyboard is not applying the correct keystrokes in Outlook messages. Example the ? and / are not where they should be according to the keyboard. In Word and other applications it is fine. What's the fix?

    Assuming you're in the USA...

Go to Start > Control Panel > Regional and Language Options

On the Regional Options tab, make sure it's set to English (United States)

On the Languages tab, click Details, and make sure default input language is English (United States)
It should say US under keyboard.

    Thanks for the reply.
    I've done that.
The problem is that it worked fine. It just started recently with a couple of keys but only when I use Outlook.

No, its not solved. I indicated that I had already done the steps he had suggested and that the problem still persists when I use Outlook email program.

hmm OK. Might be an Outlook issue then.

Tools > Options > Mail Format tab
Do you have MS Word checked off as the email editor? If so, do you get the same problem in Word?

On the Spelling tab: If the Auto Correct box is checked, click on the Auto Corroect Options button and see if anything is set to replace something else.

Also under International Dictionaries: it should be set to English(U.S.)

Thats all I can think of at the moment.

What gets typed when you press ? and / ?
What happens when you press the key for the character that does appear?
If you type ? then immediatley press Backspace, what happens?

I did a Spybot check and found 3 problems. Resolved them and presto, the keyboard was fine again. (When all else fails I guest you should run a virus scan.)
Thanks to those who took the time to try to help me out.
