    USB or PS2 connected keyboard?
Many motherboards leave USB power alive in shutdown mode.

I've got a Logitech keyboard connected to one of my desktops with a USB-to-PS/2 connector. After I power off that computer, the little green light on the keyboard stays on. It's no big deal and nothing you should worry about.
