i would use a email client on a pc
and set up both email accounts as imap
and then you can transfer all the emails from 1 label to the new account label

    windows live mail
    thunderbird

    will do that for you

    yes so am I

what windows version are you running

setup an email client on the PC - depending on windows version
    use
Windows Live Mail (available from Windows essentials) http://windows.microsoft.com/en-gb/windows-live/essentials
    or
    Thunderbird https://www.mozilla.org/en-GB/thunderbird/

setup the program to use gmail1 as IMAP
setup the program to use gmail2 as imap

Now on the PC email program
you will have the two gmail accounts and all the labels (seen as folders)
now you transfer emails from any folder(label) to any email account gmail1 or gmail2 and to any folder - which will be a label on the website
