When ever I switch on my computer the local disk C drive folder is displayed. How can I prevent this from happening?

Thanks.

Something running at startup is displaying it. If you have Win98 or WinME you can troubleshoot startup programs by going to Start and running msconfig

Click on the "Startup" tab and look for a suspicious entry and uncheck it. You can uncheck them all for a complete test and re-enable by "halves" until you isolate it if necessary.

I tried all the items in the start settings in msconfig, but the C:disk drive local disk folder still opens at boot up.

Any more ideas.

Thanks.
