Hello, a while back I setup my computer so I could run ASP.net on my local server. This worked fine and I could view my .aspx files without any problems by typing in http://localhost in my browsers address bar.

However I'd now like to test PHP files on my computer using my local server, I'am using a program called Xampp, it's recommended by loads of people. The only problem is I can't start the Apache server, it just keeps saying busy. Now I think theres a conflict between ASP.Net snd Apache.

Is there an easy way I can disable ASP.Net without having to uninstall it? As I'm sure I'll need to use it again? It would be nice if I can switch between the two?

Does anyone know of a way to achieve this? I don't want to disable anything without any advice because I don't want to screw up my machine.

    Thanks in advance
