Hi
My Desktop Icon which you use to get back to the Desktop has disappeared from the Quick Launch Toolbar!
How do I get it back?
Thanks

Go to this site and download the 'Restore/Add Show Desktop' VBS file on line 61, http://www.kellys-korner-xp.com/xp_tweaks.htm

To use the VBS Files: Download .vbs file and save it to your hard drive (you may want to right click and use Save Target As). Double
click the vbs file. You will be prompted when the script is done.

NOTE: If your anti-virus software warns you of a "malicious" script, this is normal if you have "Script Safe" or similar technology enabled. These scripts are not malicious, but they do make changes to the System Registry.

Are you sure it's not hidden from view ?
You may need to make more your 'Quick Launch' taskbar a bit longer.

Right click on the Taskbar and uncheck the 'Lock the Taskbar"
Then slide the small divider on the right of the 'Quick Launch' bar along a bit until all your Quick Launch icons appear, then re-lock the taskbar.
