    Hello,
I am doing a favor for a friend of mine. I am cleaning out there system for them. I usually always do it for them with no problem. But this time its the worst! I just can't seem to get rid of certain things. I have ran Ad-aware, Spy bot, AVG, and Windows Defender but I still feel like I am missing something. :( I keep getting the little pop ups saying, "your at risk, blah blah, click here to save your computer, blah blah"

By the way, Ad-Aware and AVG found the most infections. I believe AVG found around 64 Trojans.

Here are the specs of the PC:

I have recently gotten rid of Norton, so there may still be some entries listed. I'm sure you guys see a few things I don't. Let me know! :D

By the way, I have disabled all Start Up items except for AVG.

Combo will not fix all that is wrong as there are multiple things

Please download FixWareout from one of these mirrors:
    http://www.bleepingcomputer.com/files/lonny/Fixwareout.exe
    http://downloads.subratam.org/Fixwareout.exe

Note: You must have an active Internet connection when running this fix, in order to download the Brute Force Uninstaller (BFU).

Save it to your desktop and run it. Click Next, then Install, make sure "Run fixit" is checked and click Finish.
The fix will begin; follow the prompts. If your firewall gives an alert, (because this tool will download an additional file from the internet), please don't let your firewall block it, but allow it instead.
Then you will be asked to reboot your computer; please do so. Your system may take longer than usual to load; this is normal.
Once the desktop loads please post the text that will open (report.txt)
    ===============
Download Superantispyware (SAS) free home version

    http://www.superantispyware.com/superantispywarefreevspro.html

Install it and double-click the icon on your desktop to run it.
    · It will ask if you want to update the program definitions, click Yes.
    · Under Configuration and Preferences, click the Preferences button.
    · Click the Scanning Control tab.
    · Under Scanner Options make sure the following are checked:
    o Close browsers before scanning
    o Scan for tracking cookies
o Terminate memory threats before quarantining.
o Please leave the others unchecked.
o Click the Close button to leave the control center screen.
    · On the main screen, under Scan for Harmful Software click Scan your computer.
    · On the left check C:\Fixed Drive.
    · On the right, under Complete Scan, choose Perform Complete Scan.
    · Click Next to start the scan. Please be patient while it scans your computer.
    · After the scan is complete a summary box will appear. Click OK.
    · Make sure everything in the white box has a check next to it, then click Next.
    · It will quarantine what it found and if it asks if you want to reboot, click Yes.
    · To retrieve the removal information for me please do the following:
o After reboot, double-click the SUPERAntispyware icon on your desktop.
o Click Preferences. Click the Statistics/Logs tab.
o Under Scanner Logs, double-click SUPERAntiSpyware Scan Log.
o It will open in your default text editor (such as Notepad/Wordpad).
o Please highlight everything in the notepad, then right-click and choose copy.
    · Click close and close again to exit the program.
    · Please paste that information here for me with a new HijackThis log.

    This will take some time!!!!!!!!

MFDnNC, Thank you very much! :)

ComboFix fixed the last 2 problems I was having. I just returned the computer about an hour ago. It was running perfectly... I guess we will see how things go when they start playing with it. ;)

    Thanks again though.
