Once I click my user name, I get a message "popup eliminator detected Windows Messinger Service is running.......would you like to disable"? Do I click yes or no? When I click "yes" another error message pops up saying "unable to change startup options in Windows Messinger Service, administrative access rights required". Do I click OK or what do I do?
