    Hello, all.

I've made a form with a few records to do with work. I've put information down like name, item, etc. I've added some buttons to it and it all works great.

I've also put a checkbox onto this form called, 'Requested?' And you tick it when you requested this item. On the form, the checkbox is there, and you can tick it, but if you make a new record or go onto another record within the same form, the tick in the check box is still there.

For example: I have Record1 and Record2 in the form. The check box is there and I only want Record1 to be ticked and Record2 to be unticked. Unfortunately, I can only get it to either both records to be ticked or both unticked.

    Can anyone help?

    Many Thanks in advance
    RHS

add a YES/NO ( it's the datatype) field to your table, then add the field to your form

Brilliant! That worked. The buttons for the Next and Previous record has now stopped working but I should be able to fix that with ease.

    Many Thanks
