We know nothing about your computer, so please do the following:

Download and save the TSG System Information Utility (SysInfo.exe) file to the desktop.

After it's been downloaded and saved, double-click it to run it.

Information about your computer will appear.

Return here to your thread, then copy-and-paste the ENTIRE text here.

You appear to have a 2003 - 2004 era Dell OptiPlex GX620. Is that correct?

What's the "service tag" number and/or "express service code" number on that Dell?

    -----------------------------------------------------------------

It appears to be using the 80 GB hard drive that came in it - which is why you're having a space issue.

    -----------------------------------------------------------------

Download MGADiag and save it to your desktop.

Double-click on MGADiag.exe to launch the program.

    Click "Continue".

Ensure that the "Windows" tab is selected (it should be by default).

Click the "Copy" button, the leave the report window open.

Paste the report back here in your next reply.

That's an OEM system locked pre-installation copy of Windows 7 Ultimate that was activated with a 25-character product key that's all over the internet.

We don't provide help here with illegal/pirated copies of Windows, so I've requested your thread will be closed.

    --------------------------------------------------------

That may be one reason why your Microsoft LifeCam VX-5000 is having issues.

I Receive That Key For Free From A Buddy Because I Was Curious As To The Update Key ,But To Be Honest I Don't Like It Anyway And Wish I Could Go Back To The Home Edition Because It Takes Up Too Much Space And Most Of It Useless Any How .So If You Have A Way To Do That I Would Appreciate It .If Not I Totally Understand ,Thanks !!

I appreciate your honesty and understanding.

Since you live in the U.S.A., you can purchase the recovery disc kit from here for that Dell OptiPlex GX620.

Navigate through the menu as you see it in my image, then select the Windows XP version that originally came in it, then follow the instructions.

    Good luck. (y)
