Can someone tell me if Powerpoint is included in Windows XP home edition? We are unable to create a Powerpoint Presentation from this operating system. The computer is new and XP home edition came with it. Microsoft Office is normally where we get to the presentation, but that doesen't help in this case.

No. PowerPoint is its own software. PowerPoint is included in Microsoft Office. If you can't afford it. Download the powerpoint viewer from Microsoft to view PowerPoint files.

If you want something free to create MS compatible power point files, try OpenOffice. It is free and alot of people feel it is pretty darn good.
