I have composed a two page newsletter in publisher and converted it to web page html. It works perfectly except that it does one page per file so I end up with two html files. I need to mail this out to people and want to put it straight into an email (not as an attachment) but I use Maillist Controller and it only lets me put in one file. How can I get publisher to see the two pages as one page when I convert?

Merge the two HTML files into one. That is, copy second file's source code to the direct bottom of the first file's source code.
