1.Is it possible in Microsoft word, or other similar type of software, to print two pages horizontally, instead of one vertically, on one paper, if so, how ?
2.Is it possible to make it skip every two pages, without me inserting exact number of pages which I want to be printed, for example, I have document of 100 pages, I want to print on both sides, and every paper side 2 pages horizontally, side by side, instead of one vertically. Now, so i don't have to print one paper, than wait, insert the same paper back on the other side, and print it again, is it possible that printer prints pages 1,2 on first paper, then 5,6 on second, then 9,10 on third, etc etc, until it gets to the end, and when it has finished, I take all printed papers, put them back in the printer on the other side, and then set it to print pages 3,4 on first (other side of paper), then 7,8 on second paper, etc, etc, and at the end I get printed pages on both sides (1 paper 4 pages on 2 sides, 2 pages per side).

Normally I study materials using pdf files without printing them, but for some subjects like math, I like to print out the materials, and this method would save me a lot of paper, if it's possible.

If it is of any help, I have hp LaserJet 1200 series printer.

Thanks in advance, and sorry for any possible typos, and/or grammar/syntax errors, English is not my native language.

    Hi rijads,
Your English is just fine and certainly much better than I would do in any other language. :)

To answer your first question, the HP support site says its supported on that printer, depending on the driver. They provide instructions for both Windows and Mac.

For your second question, have you tried duplex printing of multiple pages yet? It may skip the pages as you wish automatically. If not, I'm not aware of anywhere to change the option to tell it not to print straight through. You could try it on 8 pages as a test.

    Hope that helps.
