All of a sudden when I open Microsoft Works Word Processor it enlarges all of the icons on my desktop and makes my pictures look distorted. Also, the program it'self is very large on my screen. Help!

Sounds like your display resolution needs increasing. For Windows XP, go here: http://www.microsoft.com/resources/...isplay_change_screen_resolution.mspx?mfr=true

For Windows Vista & Windows 7, right-click the Desktop area and choose "Personalize".
Click Display in the left pane.
Click "Adjust Resolution" in the left pane.

If the slider won't move to higher resolution you may have to re-install the graphics driver which you can download from your PC manufacturer's website.

Right-click the shortcut and choose "Properties". Look under the Compatibility tab. Is anything set there? If there is, uncheck all the boxes. Apply.
