Hey how do I change my current time to Military time (add 12 hrs to current time) or Zulu time?
Any windows settings?

A program?

Thanks!

For XP Home (may be same for all Windows)

Start>Control Panel>Regional Settings>'Customise'
This brings you to Customize Regional Settings

Click on Time and set any way you like.

In the Regional Settings you may have to select Time Format and then select the HH:MM format that is in Caps to get 24 hour time layout. Small letters is for 12 hour layout.
