Have Dell Inspirion with windows 7. email server is office outlook 2003. when trying to send or receive an ecard, the image of the picture is not there. It will come and disappear in strips or small blocks. I did not have this problem when I ran windows xp. Thank you for any help.

I had Java, but not Flash Player, so I downloaded Adobe Flashplayer 11, but it still doesn't work. I can hear the music for the cards but cannot see the picture. Thanks!!

On many email clients, there is an option to enable images and links on received emails.

Do you see anything like this?

Someone suggested that I update my drivers(we're talking about a new computer just purchased), I did an update and now it is working. I don't know which one it was as there were 20 that updated. But, thank you for responding.
