    Hell_boy

    Norton`s keep finding this file,but can`t remove it,i also tryed spybot and ad se,got the same results,i`ve downloaded hack this and put and new folder in c: than i ran it ,this the results,what do i do next to remove this file.

    I am no expert on the Hijack Logs, however it looks ok to me.

    Have you tried clearing your System restore files, as they often contain a backup of any Virus you may have encountered.

    You need to turn System Restore off, then reboot and turn it back on.
    Be advised that you will lose all prior restore points.

    here the location off the bug, c:/documents and settings/glen/local settings/temp/temporary internet files/content .ie5/SNTWIPZR/mmviewer_[1].cab is infected with the download trojan virus

    Close all browser windows.

    Delete this folder: c:/documents and settings/glen/local settings/temp/temporary internet files/content .ie5/SNTWIPZR

    In fact you can delete all folders under c:/documents and settings/glen/local settings/temp/temporary internet files/content .ie5
