My computer skills are moderate at their very best.
I want to swap video card for Powercolor Turbo duo R9-290X . Item description say will need a 6 pin and 8 pin pci express power connectors. I don't know if I have what is needed with my present setup.
Power supply is Corsair TX750W. I have a Raidmax Vampire RX800GH standing by.Should I use it with this card , or will Corsair handle it? thanks for input.

Hi mopargary,

The Corsair TX750 should have four 6+2 PCI Express connectors.
So, as far as the number of connectors go, you have more than you need.
(See picture below)
The Powercolor Turbo states 750W minimum, so Corsair should be okay.
Hopefully, someone with more PSU experience can comment regarding PSU quality, rails, etc.
