The arrow is centered as it always is after start, old mouse wouldn't work replaced it with a new one that works just fine on a different machine, still won't move the arrow, everything else works just fine, I can't figure where to go, what to do next?

    Howdy,

Is this a USB or wireless mouse and did you get drivers for it?

What make and model is the mouse and are you running XP?
