I am using a Cyber Acoustics usb headset and I am having the following problem:

Music and movies are muffled when using the headset when I don't use the headset and use the speakers it is fine.

I know it's not the headset cause I use a program called Ventrilo to talk to other people and they sound fine.

Any help you can give me would be greatly appreciated.

I am downloading SP2 as we speak.

google your model and look for Drivers. Or certain software. Drivers could cause this.
