Solved: Need Help; something stopped the arrow keys from working

    I have an IBM Thinkpad 600, a good and dependable unit.
    For some reason, my arrow keys no longer function so I can not scroll through text, I must use a mouse or the red pointer control.
    Not life and death, but rather annoying.
